Sorry man, already booked it for a 1-bed room all weekend, and I'm afraid I'm not THAT open minded!!
If you go to expedia.com and look for the Jack London Inn, it's in the same square as Yoshi's and it was pretty cheap. Good luck!

Days Inn Oakland Alameda has rooms ($74). It's one mile away from the gig.

Enjoy the gig. If you've never been to Yoshi's you're in for a treat.
Looking forward to the pics, thanks!

Found the best deal ever actually.I'm driving up there with my friend's wife whose family lives there.
Might turn out to be freakin cheap down the road.
I'll see you there along with Joe's mechanic who'll be celebrating his 40th birthday that same week end.

hey john, i'm gonna be there for 1st set on saturday. hopefully if 2nd set isn't a packed house they'll let us stick around. they said there are still 100 seats open. i'll probably see you there!
derek, you going?
I have to be in Ohio that weekend for a funeral unfortunately, but I wasn't going to go anyway as I'm not a fan of banjo.

I usually get in line for the late sets... I'm not a big fan of sushi. I might meet up for drinks while others eat in the resturant. I'll likely have someone coming with me but I'm open for meeting up in the resturant.

I've had my share of sushi, but have never been able to get even remotely close to full off of it! Perhaps I'll check out the menu to see what they've got and hang with you guys at the restaurant before the Saturday show. I'm staying in Jack London Square, so I shan't need any taxi service, but thanks for the offer!
And Derek, I think we'd have to start a whole new thread for Banjo jokes!! (The trampoline, the "perfect pitch", etc....) =)
Although I have to say Bela Fleck is quite different from your average ho-downer!!
